It is rare that I find a brand new gem of a location, but this one was perfection. This is Syosset-Woodbury Community Park, located in Woodbury, and although I had never been there, I fell right in love. It has a pretty children’s area, some picnic areas, and more, so I know I will be back when the weather is warmer, too! The park had tons of gorgeous foliage, with yellows and oranges mixed in with a few green leaves that hadn’t turned yet. It’s nestled in a little valley of sorts, surrounded by tall trees and plenty of visual details that made for a perfect family session.
This trio (plus their pups) were so happy and fun. They are very joyful, and I don’t think you could find three people who are bonded more closely! Their little girl had the cutest little fur vest, and plenty of smiles for me. I loved the complementary shades of green that mom and dad wore, and the way they showed off the season’s best colors.
