People often think that family photos are just for young families with little kids. Every once in awhile, however, I get a call from some grown-up kids who want to gift portraits to their parents. I absolutely love when this happens, because it gives me all the warm and fuzzy feelings about being a parent. Because a mom is still a mom, no matter what age you are, and how grown up those babies are.

We met for this elegant, classy take on family photos at¬†Central Park’s Conservatory Garden, which may be my favorite place in Central Park. This is a Manhattan family and they had never been to that part of the park. I love it because of the tree tunnel, and the many many blooming flowers and tress, and the wisteria pergola.¬† It really is gorgeous and provides many ideal spots for sweet family photos.

I have no doubt that mom is going to love these for years to come, and props to her awesome kids for setting these up!
