We have no shortage of beautiful venues in our area, and discovering new ones is always something special. When I walked into the The Vineyards at Aquebogue , I fell right in love. It’s located on the North Fork of Long Island, and it is filled with lots of little nooks and crannies for photos, in addition to the gorgeous vineyards. It’s always very convenient when the ceremony and reception are in the same place, but convenience aside, the venue was so lovely. It had ample ceremony space with views of the vineyard, and an outdoor, covered deck for happy hour. I am grateful for such a wonderful staff as well, and Russ, the Maitre’D really knew his stuff and was a huge help.
Of course, as the heart of the day is the bride and groom. Besides being so beautiful, they are gentle and warm, and are a match made in heaven. They are perfect for each other. The day was filled with joy, and everyone was smiling from ear to ear. The bride wore a gown with a deep, beaded back and looked radiant, and the colors of blush and shades of blue accented the outdoor scenery. All in all, just the most perfect day. I wish these two the happiest future!
