This was a new location for me, although I am not sure why I had never been there! It was absolutely gorgeous, and you know how much I love a serene beach setting. It’s located in Kings Park, and has some really amazing views of the Sound and Connecticut. It’s a very fun spot to have a beautiful picnic, and it’s pretty busy in the summer months. I can’t wait to visit Sunken Meadow State Park again soon!
I can always count on these two darling girls to bring the cuteness and personality in spades. They are the sweetest pair of sisters, and they were up for plenty of playing in the tall grass, racing on the beach, and even a great tickle fight! Mom dressed everyone in neutral tones of cream and white, and her subtle floral dress went perfectly with the theme. She also added some bright green floral crowns that finished off the look. At the end of the blog, be sure to catch the photo of mom and dad alone…they are a gorgeous couple and I enjoy making sure couples get photos together without the kiddos, too. So many couples forget to take time for just the two of them, and it can be years and years before they have a professional photo taken!
