I love experiencing new cities, especially armed with my camera, and with the people I love. The Levine crew went to Boston for the very first time last month, which was amazing and definitely worth documenting. We gave Keaton tickets to the Brazil/Paraguay Copa American Match at Gillette Stadium for his birthday! We went with one of our favorite families, and despite a small hiccup on my part, we had a really fun time exploring the city. Boston has tons to offer in the way of views, attractions, and architecture.
We explored the Freedom Trail, a two and a half mile trail that has sixteen different historical sites. It is quite the collection of history, and really made things “come to life” for us as we visited. The kids really loved the Quincy Market near Faneuil Hall, where they were able to play chess, ping pong, and even Twister! It also had plenty of little shops and carts to keep our attention. The architecture was beautiful, and the ambiance was even better.
Here are my photographs from this trip. These were taken on my d800 and iPhone, as I have not sent in the film yet. I hope you enjoy the colors and feel of these, and you can take a “mini vacation” along with us!
