If the pandemic has taught us anything, it’s how to treasure the people in our lives and the moments that come with them, and to be creative! This shoot really encompassed both of those things. This was a bat mitzvah that was certainly not what the family had envisioned, but they made the most of it, and still made it very special.

We are living in a world where Zoom-Mitzvah’s are a real thing! And although we never imagined we would be here, let’s make them the best things ever. This lovely family did just that. The honoree got to still wear her stunning dress, and recite her Torah portions in front of her treasured people. They celebrated with a special family lunch, and it was a beautiful day, even with all the changes.

After her online ceremony, we headed to a local park, where we were blessed with perfect weather. Together, we took some portraits to commemorate this amazing day in her life It just goes to show that when live throws you a curveball or unexpected moments, you can still find the bright side and celebrate.
