Kids, kids, kids! They bring my soul such immense joy!
Not just because I got to bust out the flower wall (my favorite!), but because they’re just so full of life and excitement and fun. Of course, this beauty made it pretty easy on me, because she is a natural in front of the camera. She took direction like a pro, and I love every single portrait.
If you’re considering a photoshoot for your child or teen, but wonder why you’d “need” photos, I want to encourage you that you don’t have to have an occasion to do portraits. You could use them for modeling headshots, athletic or sports Facebook pages or social media for your kid (helpful for those kids in upper level sports or activities), dance or scholarship applications, the list goes on! And, we love doing these shoots for no reason at all. There doesn’t have to be a reason to document your growing kid! In fact, every day occasions make for the best photos of all.
