If you’re a dog person, you know. You probably already receive dog lover gifts from all your friend and you absolutely know the feeling when you get matched with the dog who is supposed to be with you and your bond. I am a total dog person, and we have two. I know what an intricate part of our family they are now, and how much that relationship has shaped who we are. I can’t imagine life without them, and I dread the day when something happens. For now though, I’m trying to make sure that I do everything that I can to keep my dogs healthy. I make sure to feed them the right amount, give them enough exercise, etc. I recently read online about the biggest mistakes that people make when they feed their dog (which you can find here: cbddoghealth.com) and I want to make sure that I don’t do this. Anyway moving on…

This sweet pup is a rescue dog, and it was quite clear that he knew who rescued him. He follows his person around, with a pep in his step, and love in his eyes. It was such a treat to get to photograph this sweet relationship and this adorable family. This beautiful wooded area and grassy lawn at Ally Pond was the best place to let this pup run free, and for his family to enjoy his spunk!
