You know I’ve been at this photography thing for a while. I’ve been learning, studying, practicing, and gathering information on taking kick-ass photos for nearly 15 years. But what I love even more than learning about photography is sharing that learning, passing it on to the next generation of enthusiastic shutterbugs.

So I’ve put together a fun engaging 4 week class for teens. The basis of this class is to teach young photographers how to use their camera to its full potential and how to use their creative eye to make amazing photographs of which he or she can be proud. They can learn so many new skills and find which camera is best for them as well as what the best gimbal for dslr is. I want to get these kids started in a life long partnership with their camera and it’s accessories so that they can create some really spectacular images and film.

Let me tell you a little bit about how it will work. My class will be a small group and hands-on instruction. Each day will start with a practical lesson followed by learning how to manipulate the camera and practicing the desired effect. Each week we will build on what we learned the week before so that in the end they will have the basic tools they will need to grow as a creative photographer.

This will be an incredible learning opportunity and an all-around good time. Here are more details.
